The programme is designed for educators, school managers and/or administrators who have experience of working in primary schools and secondary colleges and who are willing to develop a better understanding of how educational leadership can influence the experiences of staff and students within and beyond the school environment. This programme is offered in partnership with the Commonwealth of Learning.
The objectives of the programme are to:
- develop educational practitioners and managers into leaders to effectively address challenges of the 21st century educational systems.
- strengthen participants’ knowledge of contemporary educational leadership and change management.
- develop capacity to engage in educational research to inform and develop pedagogical practice.
